We are looking for a full-time production employee for our dragline mats production line in Lexmond.

Job description:

As a production employee you are jointly responsible for the production of dragline mats. You do this together in a small team of 2 to 4 people.

Together with your colleagues you ensure that the production line is maintained and that it continues to run. You work a lot with grinding and sawing tools. You keep your workplace tidy and together you ensure a beautiful and good end product. No training is required for this position and you can learn on the work floor.

Job description:

As a Cooperating Terrain Master you will work in a modern and professional company, where a total of about 15/20 people work in production. It’s important to get the best out of your colleagues and make sure deadlines are met. It is important that you have a flexible work setting because you coordinate the daily activities of the departments and are responsible for the ins and outs on the site. You do this under good supervision and in collaboration with an involved management team. You are responsible for observing work and safety regulations as well as the quality requirements and you are given the space and voice to think along and improve where necessary.
