Special wedges produced

At Welex, we enjoy a challenge. Recently, we received a request to produce custom wedges with highly unusual dimensions. The required height of the wedges was 30 centimeters, a size that exceeds the capacity of our bandsaw.

To overcome this challenge, we chose a creative and practical solution. The wedges were produced in two separate parts, which were then carefully connected using nuts and bolts. This approach allowed us to achieve the required height without compromising the strength and functionality of the product.

The result: custom-made wedges that fully meet the customer’s requirements, despite the technical limitations of the production process. A great example of how we think along with our customers at Welex, finding solutions and delivering tailor-made products, even when the request is out of the ordinary.
